2. Order Processing Time
- Daily Cut-Off: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (ACST) Monday through Friday are processed the same business day.
- Standard Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is cleared and your order enters processing.
3. Shipping Zones and Destinations
We proudly provide domestic shipping across Australia and international shipping to selected countries worldwide.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all Australian states and territories, including residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
International Shipping
We ship to major international destinations, including New Zealand, North America, Europe, and parts of Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team to verify shipping options.
4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (Free for orders over $150 AUD). Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days (longer for rural or remote areas).
International Shipping
- International Standard: Flat rate calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery takes 7 to 21 business days.
- International Express: Calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 4 to 10 business days.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipment Tracking
- Tracking Numbers: Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Real-Time Updates: This email will include a tracking link and unique tracking number.
- Carrier Portals: You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the official courier website (e.g., Australia Post, DHL, or FedEx).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
- Import Fees: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: All additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. DOTJAN PTY LTD has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by international customs inspection procedures.
7. Wrong Address and Delivery Failures
- Address Accuracy: Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
- Insufficient Address: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, an uncollected parcel, or a refused delivery, the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the package mailed again.
- No Refunds for Lost Parcels: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
We inspect and pack every item carefully, but transport issues can occasionally happen.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately. Contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at mossgro@dotjanoutdoor.com.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking data states “Delivered” but you have not received your item:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or your local post office.
- If the parcel is officially deemed lost by the courier company, we will open an investigation and work to resolve the issue via a replacement package.
- We are not liable for packages stolen from your property after successful delivery by the carrier.
9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order products:
- Default Action: We will hold the entire order and ship all items together once the pre-order inventory arrives.
- Split Shipping: If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders or contact our customer support team (additional shipping fees may apply).
